What's the neighborhood in Tokyo where people dance in the streets on Sundays?

It's Harajuku. It is pretty wild every day of the week. It isn't just dancing in the streets - there are people dressed up like little bo peep and pokemon characters, street performers and music on every corner, a whole bunch of strange people. Harajuku station looks like a Swiss villa. It's a blast.
