Whats the best place to hang-out in CEBU city? any idea?
go to crossroads in Banilad, or there's a new place called Banilad Town center it has a lot of resto and food shops, you can also hang out at Ayala entertainment center where the Ratsky and Tequila Joe's is, or go to the newly opened 22nd st. comedy bar. and a lot of other resto bars around the city.
