A fun restaurant in Tokyo is 'Lock up' its like walking into a scary dungeon, then a prison warden handcuffs you and leads you down the scary corridor into a prison cell complete with a barred door. Its not cheap, but the foods good, and the atmosphere is awesome.
They have sirens going off throughout the night, and zombies running around, there are ghosts that light up on the walls, and all sorts of crazy things.
If its your birthday, they will send in a something with a cake for you :D
