Four Seasons Hong Kong is my personal favorite. Its also one of the most expensive. Walking to SoHo and Lan Kwai Fong should take 5 - 10 minutes.

It's a very short walk to the Star Ferry, which takes you directly to Central for 2.2 Hong Kong dollars. Such a deal and so beautiful! The YMCA is the cleanest hotel for the value with views of the harbor.
